Routes Healthcare have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Administrator based at our New Burnley Branch.  You will be part of a fun motivated team, providing administration support within a fast paced environment. You will receive on the job training whilst working closely with the experienced branch team.  This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop whilst maintaining our ethos ‘excellence in all we do’

Skills required for this apprenticeship;

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • The ability to assess situations quickly to prioritise tasks appropriately.

 

Duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Answering calls, transferring to the relevant individuals and taking accurate messages.

  • Pre-screen prospective healthcare applicants.

  • Record and distribute application packs.

  • Carry out pre-employment checks

  • Check employment history and references and employment history of applicants, in accordance with the legal requirements.

  • Assist with Inductions.

  • Monitor, maintain, and update the database, recording accurate data as required.

  • Maintain filing systems to ensure speedy retrieval of records.

 

This position will give the right candidate the opportunity to start a career in Recruitment, within the Health & Social Care sector.
