Key Responsibilities of This Role:
- Meet with teams across the business to understand their challenges and spot opportunities
- Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Design and build applications, automations, and integrations that solve real problems
- Create implementation plans that balance quick wins with long-term strategy
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas with stakeholders
- Code solutions using Python, C#, JavaScript—whatever fits the need
- Guide junior team members in analysis techniques and development practices

What We're Looking For:
If you think this sounds like the role for you, here's what we're looking for:
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business speak into tech solutions
- Solid coding skills in at least two languages (Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.)
- Confidence presenting ideas and solutions to non-technical audiences
- Track record of delivered projects from concept to implementation
- SQL skills and understanding of data integration
- Natural problem-solver who asks "why" before jumping to "how"
Nice-to-haves:
- Business analysis certification or formal training
- Experience in healthcare or social care sectors
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or similar business tools
- API development and system integration experience
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
