Key Responsibilities of This Role:
- Analyse datasets, spot trends and turn them into clear insights for stakeholders.
- Write and optimise SQL queries for reporting and data wrangling.
- Build and polish Power BI dashboards that make complex stories simple.
- Help build and run ETL jobs and automate workflows (think SSIS, n8n, Power Automate, Python scripts).
- Lend a hand administering tools like Access People Planner, Zoho CRM and Fountain ATS.
- Document processes, test new features and champion best practice across the business.
- Help with supporting users.

What We're Looking For:
If you think this sounds like the role for you, here's what we're looking for:
- Solid SQL for querying & basic data manipulation
- Hands-on with Power BI and similar BI tools
- Awareness of ETL / data-integration concepts
- Eye for detail and knack for explaining tech to non-techies
Nice-to-haves:
- Python for data/automation
- Experience with Access People Planner / Care Planner
- Zoho CRM or Fountain ATS know-how
- Social-care sector insight & data-privacy awareness
- Degree/diploma in CS/IS (or equivalent experience)
