Key Responsibilities of This Role:

        Overseeing the recruitment process, screening candidates, booking interviews, and implementing strong candidate rapport

      • Thoroughly checking ID that has been provided to meet criteria for DBS check

      • Ensures candidates have all the required information to see them complete the recruitment cycle in a timely manner

      • Management of the in-house applicant tracking system ensuring this is effectively used and fully up to date

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with the hub network to understand their resourcing requirements

      • Prompt use of numerous databases, job boards, our company website and social media to attract and communicate with care candidates

      • Meeting recruitment KPI's as set by the Head Of Recruitment

      • To manage recruitment calendars to ensure candidates are interviewed in a timely manner

      • Reviewing current requirements and ensure recruitment activity is directed according to the appropriate job opening
