Key Responsibilities of This Role:
Overseeing the recruitment process, screening candidates, booking interviews, and implementing strong candidate rapport
Thoroughly checking ID that has been provided to meet criteria for DBS check
Ensures candidates have all the required information to see them complete the recruitment cycle in a timely manner
Management of the in-house applicant tracking system ensuring this is effectively used and fully up to date
Build and maintain strong relationships with the hub network to understand their resourcing requirements
Prompt use of numerous databases, job boards, our company website and social media to attract and communicate with care candidates
Meeting recruitment KPI's as set by the Head Of Recruitment
To manage recruitment calendars to ensure candidates are interviewed in a timely manner
Reviewing current requirements and ensure recruitment activity is directed according to the appropriate job opening
