Due to the nature of our business and the role the successful candidate will require to be in possession of a full valid UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle.

- Hours: Full-time hours, 35 per week.
- Salary: Up to £38,000 depending on experience plus bonus.
What are we looking?
- Somebody who is passionate through and through about delivering high quality care to our clients
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience of working in community care
- A good understanding of the health and social care sector and the provision of person-centred care
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Overseeing and managing staff within the care package.
- To have continuing responsibility for setting and monitoring standards and quality of care delivered to service users.
- To monitor and ensure high standard of record keeping in accordance with the NMC, national legislation and local standards enabling effective communication with other multi-professionals.
- To take ownership and manage a caseload of complex clients and manage their care package both clinically and holistically.
- To develop, review and implement service user care plans and risk assessments in line with CQC regulations and best practice guidance, and to assist in developing the skills of non-qualified staff to support you.
