What would you day-to-day as a Care Assistant in Rochdale look like?​

Our Care Assistants support others to live independently in their own homes, which can include supporting hobbies, activities and day trips, personal care, complex care and any other needs required by the person you are caring for. 


As care is always needed, a range of shifts will be available from Monday to Sunday. Routes Healthcare provide home care across the Rochdale region, please speak to the recruitment team to discuss where suits you.


We pay £12.82 per hour depending on the level of care and location and this includes holiday pay. Mileage will be paid at 30 pence per mile.

  • Someone passionate about putting people first 
  • At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK
  • A full valid driving licence in the UK and access to a car for work
