What would you day-to-day as a Complex Care Assistant look like?

As a Complex Care Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our mission to make a difference to people's lives. Your role is crucial in helping individuals with complex needs, such as spinal injuries, acquired brain injuries, or neurological conditions, to live life on their own terms.  You will be be the person who helps someone regain their independence, preserve their dignity, and rediscover the joy in everyday life. 


Responsibilities can include:
  • Providing personalised assistance with daily living activities
  • Administering medication and supporting health needs
  • Assisting with mobility and positioning to ensure comfort
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Performing clinical interventions as required for complex care needs
  • Maintaining accurate care records and collaborating with healthcare professionals

You'll be a trusted companion, offering peace of mind to clients and their families alike.   • A compassionate individual with a genuine desire to improve people's lives
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK
  • A full valid driving licence in the UK and access to a car for work
  • The right to work in the UK without needing employer support
