About Us

We've been providing complex care across the North East since 2009. We work directly with families, case managers, and hospital discharge teams.


Our team includes registered nurses who oversee every clinical care package. We're CQC regulated and TDDI registered. That means we can handle clinical procedures and interventions that keep you safe and independent at home.
