How We Work Together

Working with case managers means clear communication, realistic timelines, and being honest about what we can deliver. We take time to understand your client's needs, explain our approach, and keep you informed every step of the way. It's about partnership, not just providing a service.

  • Specialist training (tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG, challenging behaviour)
  • Supervised introductions with your client
  • Gradual settling-in period with nursing oversight
  • Ongoing clinical supervision and competency assessments

Support Package Implementation

Once you're ready to proceed, we move quickly. Rotas planned, equipment coordinated, family liaison established. Our registered nurses supervise the first few days closely, making adjustments to ensure everything works smoothly from the start.
