Working with Local Authorities
Partnering for Reliable Care Delivery Across Northern England
We've worked alongside local authorities across Northern England since 2009, delivering home care when it matters most. Whether it's supporting hospital discharge, managing complex clinical needs, or providing rapid response during winter pressures, we're here to help keep people safe at home.
Our CQC regulated services are led by experienced registered managers who work in partnership with commissioners and social care teams to deliver care that's clinically sound, quickly mobilised, and genuinely person-centred.
Why Local Authorities Choose from Routes
The Services We Provide

- End of life care - dignity and comfort in final days
- Complex clinical care - brain injury, spinal injury, major trauma recovery with registered nurse oversight where needed
- Respite care - short-term support to give family carers a break
- Hospital discharge packages - fast mobilisation to get people home safely
- Reablement programmes - helping people regain independence after illness or injury
The Challenges We Help To Solve
We can't solve every problem, but we can offer capacity, clinical capability, and clear communication when you need a provider you can rely on.

Care Solutions For Our Local Authority Partners
We work in partnership with commissioners across Northern England to provide flexible, reliable home care solutions. We offer commissioning models that adapt to your changing needs.
Spot Purchases
Framework agreements with local authorities and NHS partners that allow you to commission ongoing home care services when you need them. People can leave hospital and return to their own homes with the right support in place.
Block Contracts
Guaranteed capacity funded by the local authority based on a specific number of care hours. This means a set amount of care hours is available whenever you need it - ideal for managing demand and winter pressures.
Projects & Reablement
Short-term commissioned packages, usually as live-in care, with six weeks of care calls after which ongoing home care support can be arranged if needed. Our teams support people in their own homes to help them regain skills and confidence.
How we make a difference
We're proud to have built lasting relationships with our clients. Here's what they have to share about their experience with us.
Supporting Your Priorities
- Reducing Hospital Admissions Proactive care planning and clinical oversight where needed means we can spot problems early. Falls prevention, medication management, and daily monitoring help keep people out of A&E where appropriate.
- Managing Winter Pressures We plan staffing ahead of peak demand and maintain capacity for urgent packages. Our Fast-Track team is available 24/7 for crisis response when hospital beds are needed.
- Value for Money Direct employment means no agency fees eating into budgets. Clinical oversight on complex cases can reduce emergency callouts. Transparent pricing means you know exactly what you're paying for.
- Person-Centred Outcomes Care that respects what matters to people. Cultural needs, personal preferences, family involvement - we listen and adapt to support people's independence at home.
